Eclectic Entertaining Apartment, Studio II

For this class project, I designed an apartment for Scarlett and Oliver Wayne, art collectors and patrons seeking a secondary residence in the city built for entertaining their many friends. The apartment is designed to recall the warmth and character of historic residences, while maintaining the chic and sophisticated style of the clients. The design blends vintage influences with contemporary elements, striking a balance between nostalgia and modern elegance. Although this is an apartment, its main function is to entertain. As such, it must evoke a sense of whimsy and intrigue, inviting guests to engage with the dynamic ambiance. The eclectic design style best suits this space as it allows each room to stand as its own distinct part of one greater, vibrant, captivating whole.
